Preliminary investigation revealed a vehicle operated by Rebecca Horsley, 21, of Columbus, Ohio, was traveling north when it left the right side of the road and overturned.
Ashton Hepburn, 19 of New Carlisle, Ohio, and Nikki Vicory, 29 of Lakeview, Ohio were not wearing their seat belts and were ejected from the vehicle, KSP said.
