Traffic on I-24 was congested causing traffic to come to a stop, when an eastbound vehicle driven by 76-year-old Gilbert Moorman, of Springfield, Illinois, changed lanes and struck the rear of a vehicle driven by 74-year-old Gary Moore of Brookport.
