Miss. truck driver killed in La. accident

Louisiana State Police say a Mississippi truck died in four-vehicle accident on Interstate 20 earlier this week.

Trooper Albert Paxton says 54-year-old Don Knight of Pearl, Mississippi, died in Tuesday's fiery chain reaction accident.

Paxton says Knight's 18-wheeler ran into the back of another big rig which hit the back of a car pushing it into the back of another 18-wheeler. Knight's truck was westbound on I-20 around 5:24 p.m. when it struck another 18-wheeler driven by Nathaniel Thomas, 52, of Miramar, Florida. The impact caused Thomas' rig to strike a 2014 Toyota Prius driven by Michael Jedynak, 55, of West Monroe. The Prius was pushed into an 18-wheeler driven by John Wright, 46, of Holly Pond, Alabama.
