Two dead after vehicles slam into back of stalled pick-up truck near LaPlace

Seamus Cassidy, 18, of Arnaudville and Oger Ivan Mejia-Puentes, 32, of Honduras were driving west on I-10 in separate vehicles just before 9:30 p.m. when they slammed into the back of a stalled tow truck.
