Troopers do not yet know whether alcohol or drugs played a role in the crash. The investigation is ongoing, police said.

I know about Tommy through a relative who lives in the area. He did not have much and bothered no one. May he Rest In Peace. So glad they arrested his killer. Think a person who hits and leaves a person to die is a low life. Tommy did not deserve this
