An 81-year-old woman was fatally injured Sunday in the Annapolis area when another car apparently crossed the centerline of a road and struck hers, near the Chesapeake Bay Bridge, according to the Anne Arundel County police.

Two people in the Taurus also were taken to Shock Trauma with critical injuries, police said. The passenger in the Camry and two people in the F-150 were taken to Anne Arundel Medical Center with minor injuries.
