According to police, they were called to the 19-hundred block of Jasmine Road shortly before 1 p.m. Sunday for the report of a pedestrian accident. The accident occurred in an alley off of Jasmine Road. “I heard the mother screaming, ‘My son, my son, he’s dead,’ I felt very sorry for the family, my blessings go out to the family, said Annie Muncy, who lives nearby. According to police, they were called to the 1900 block of Jasmine Road shortly before 1 p.m.
