Driver charged in city's latest pedestrian fatality
The Enterprise newspaper reports a judge set bail for Perkins at $10,000 following his arraignment in Brockton District Court on drunken driving and motor vehicle homicide charges.
Brian Perkins, 22, appeared in Brockton District court Friday on charges of drunk driving and motor vehicle homicide after striking and killing 19-year-old Trequel Bradsher on Chestnut Street. Police say Perkins admitted to having a few beers earlier Thursday night prior to the incident.
