Massachusetts State Police: Teenager dies of injuries from I-495 crash in Mansfield

Hutcheon suffered a ruptured spleen and collapsed lung and was in a medically-induced coma, his grandmother, Paulette Elderkin of South Attleboro, told The Sun Chronicle newspaper.
Christopher Hutcheon was among four teenagers riding in a Toyota Camry that left I-495 in Mansfield and crashed into a tree. Cameron Hutcheon, 18-year-old Jacob Allard, and 19-year-old Jenna Lombardo, who was driving the Toyota, were treated for minor injuries, but Christopher Hutcheon was hospitalized with critical injuries.  All of the occupants were wearing seat belts and were not ejected. No charges had been filed as of Friday.
