 Investigators say that Klein was speeding and weaving in and out of traffic and went to pass cars on the shoulder of the freeway and didn’t see the trailer that was pulled off the road to fix a flat tire.

Chester Co single-car crash victim ID'd, two others hospitalized

One person was killed and two others were injured in a single-car crash on Friday morning in Chester County, according to South Carolina Highway Patrol.

The fatal crash occurred just after 2 p.m. when the motorcyclist, Chester Klein, of Redford Township, collided with a trailer that was pulled off to the shoulder of westbound I-96 near Outer Drive.
