According to the St. Clair County Sheriff’s office, a man was walking westbound down the road when he was struck by the driver of a pickup truck also traveling westbound.

When they arrived, they observed that the man had been walking westbound down the road when he was struck by a GMC pickup driven by a 28-year-old Port Huron man who was also heading westbound.
