Howell man dies in fatal car-motorcycle crash in South Lyon
A 69-year-old Howell man is dead after a car-motorcycle crash Thursday, June 30, in South Lyon. That's about 15 miles north of Ann Arbor. At 3:45 p.m., the man riding a motorcycle and a woman driving a black Ford Fusion crashed at the intersection of Pontiac Trail and Nine Mile Road, said South Lyon Police Lt. Chris Sovik. The man was riding westbound on Nine Mile and the woman was making a left turn onto Pontiac Trail from eastbound Nine Mile, he said.
