Michigan road worker, 21, killed when struck by pickup, flying 75 feet

A 21-year-old road construction worker died when a pickup hit him at a road work site at 10:38 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 4, on Sand Beach Road. A preliminary investigation indicates that an eastbound GMC pickup driven by Dale C. Peyerk, 58, hit a flagman.  The victim, Nathan C.
