The family of 58-year-old Calvin LaForest is hoping the person who was driving that pick-up truck turns himself in soon.
"He was a disabled American vet, he was a Marine, a very proud Marine," said Jesse LaForest, Calvin's brother.

Jury selection in the trial of Todd F. Maher is to begin the morning of Tuesday, Aug. 30, before Bay County Circuit Judge Joseph K. Sheeran. Should that date be adjourned, it's instead slated to commence Tuesday, Oct. 11.
