Twenty-six-year-old Matthew Marshall is facing six felony counts, including operating while intoxicated, causing serious injury.

Marshall was charged with two counts of operating while intoxicated causing serious injury, two counts of operating -- license suspended, revoked, denied -- causing serious injury and two counts of failure to stop at scene of accident resulting in serious impairment or death.
Two children were ejected from a vehicle in a hit-and-run collision in Flint Monday evening near the intersection of Minnesota and Mabel. Authorities say they were not wearing seat belts. Nikko Sincere Germani, 12, died from his injuries. The others involved are expected to recover. A vehicle ran a stop sign and broadsided the car the kids were traveling in and then left the scene. Police found the other driver and arrested him. They say he had been drinking and was speeding, and will face criminal charges.
