The driver of the Dodge Charger, a 16-year-old from Jenison, was pinned in and had to be extricated by firefighters. The teen was taken to DeVos Children’s Hospital in critical condition. He was wearing a seat belt.
Three passengers in the vehicle, including two 17 year olds and a 15-year-old all from Jenison, were taken to Spectrum-Butterworth Hospital and are listed in stable condition, according to the sheriff’s office. None of them were wearing seat belts.
