Police identify 59-year-old man killed in Kent County crash
According to a release from the sheriff's department, Phillip Allen Garcia, an 18-year-old Cedar Springs man, was driving a Chevy Monte Carlo south on Myers Lake Avenue when he crashed into a stop sign at 18 Mile Road.
