BATTLE CREEK, Mich. (NEWSCHANNEL 3) '€“ A 70-year old man from Battle Creek is recovering Saturday morning after a head-on collision. A car in the east bound lane was unable to move in time and hit the mini-van head-on. According to preliminary reports a mini-van was westbound on Morgan but traveling in the east bound lane. Police say they were called to the scene on Morgan Road near North Washington Avenue just after 9 Friday, August 28th. The driver of the other vehicle was treated and released at the scene.
