Benjamin Nobert, 36, and Maddie Nobert, 9, injured after driving into the path of a vehicle driven by James Arendus, 72, at the intersection of West Randall Street and Eastmanville Street in Coopersville, Michigan

Benjamin Nobert, 36, was driving south on Eastmanville Street when he stopped at the intersection with West Randal Street and then entered the intersection when drove into the path of a second vehicle. Nobert was seriously injured and his passenger, Maddi Nobert, 9, suffered minor injuries. The other driver, James Arendus, 72, was not injured in the accident.
