Motorcyclist killed in US-131 crash ID’d
The motorcyclist has been identified by family as Stan Williams of Mount Pleasant.
A 52-year-old man from Mount Pleasant was riding a motorcycle south on U.S. 131 in the left lane, when he somehow lost control of the vehicle and crashed into the guardrail. The man fell to the ground and his motorcycle slid into the roadway. He was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash. We will add the identity of the victim as it becomes available.
