Around that time, dispatch recieved a call from a person whose vehicle had been hit by another vehicle in the same area as the rollover crash. Police searched the immediate area and found a second vehicle had rolled over into a dense tree line, making it very difficult to see.
One person was ejected from the vehicle and was dead.

Dale Melick was charged Monday, May 16, on one count of operating while intoxicated causing death and two counts of operating while intoxicated causing serious injury.
