One person was killed in a two vehicle car crash on Wednesday in Emmet County.
The fatal head-on collision occurred on US-31 at approximately 2:50 p.m. and involved a southbound Mercury, driven by Paul Sullivan and a northbound Volvo semi-tractor trailer, driven by Stephen Robinson, 44, of Willard. The passenger of the Mercury, 67-year-old Phyllis Sullivan of Harbor Springs, was killed in the collision. Paul Sullivan was taken to the McLaren Northern Michigan Hospital; his condition is not currently being reported.
