Woman Dead, 3 Injured after St. Paul Crash

Paul Police department, officers were called at 11 a.m. to Pennsylvania Avenue just west of Interstate 35E on a report of a crash with injuries. Paul Fire Department and paramedics also responded to the scene and pronounced 85-year-old No Do dead. A 22-year-old man was driving the car, authorities said. A two-vehicle crash in St. Investigators are currently working to identify the cause of the crash and whether drugs or alcohol were factors.
