Samantha Murray, 48, killed, and three minors injured in car crash on Interstate 220 in Jackson, Mississippi

Jackson Police say Murray and her three children were traveling on I-220 South near Medgar Evers Boulevard around 7:30 a.m. The Hinds County Coroner identified the victim in a deadly crash on Interstate 220 Wednesday morning as 48-year-old Samantha Murray. All lanes of I-220 Southbound were closed while crews removed the wrecked vehicle from the area. She lost control of her SUV, ran off the highway, and crashed into a tree. Police say all four were wearing their seat belts.
