Accident re-constructionists work fatal crash site involving teens

The accident happened around 10 a.m. in Tate County. Three DeSoto Central High School seniors, all 17 years old, and a Northwest Mississippi Community College student collided head-on with another driver on Arkabutla Road.

Brower was dating one of the 17 year olds. The four friends all decided to skip school Friday morning and go toArkabutla Lake. It was supposed to be a day of fun and a little mischief skipping school. No one could have foreseen how devastating that decision would be.

100+ mph speeds possibly to blame in fatal Tate Co. crash

Accident reconstructionists say a car full of teens was traveling over 100 mph before it crashed, killing one teen and injuring four other people.
A crew continues to work a crash site that killed a college student Friday, according to the Tate County sheriff. Four people were airlifted to Regional Medical Center in critical condition.
