The accident was reported at 3:40 p.m. on MO Route 5, three miles west of Gainesville in Ozark County, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol crash report.
Tamara Mony was traveling on MO Route 5 when she lost control of her vehicle and it went off the roadway and overturned. She was taken to Baxter Regional Hospital for treatment of serious injuries.
