A small plane has crashed in Missouri, killing the owners of two businesses and three children.
Georgia Marshall alleges in a lawsuit that the negligence of eight different companies contributed to the crash that killed her two children in 2012. John Lambert, 44, Robin Melton, 46, and another child also died in the crash. Marshall's lawsuit alleges all eight companies failed to make sure the single-engine plane was functioning properly.
