Phillip J. Sprock, 44, was driving a 2008 Chevrolet Silverado on Interstate 44, west of Route 30, when his pickup ran off the right side of the roadway and hit a fence around 3:25 a.m.
Sprock, who according to police was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the accident, was pronounced dead at the scene.
