Driver overdoses on heroin and crashes, striking family in St. Ann
ST. ANN, MO (KTVI)- A crash on St. Charles Rock Road at Ashby Tuesday evening has seriously injured a family trying to cross the street. According to St. Ann Police, around 3:45pm the driver of a Mazda who had overdosed on heroin flatlined, losing control of the car. The vehicle went up on the curb where it struck the 27-year-old father, 26-year-old mother, and the stroller holding a two year old.
