2 children in critical condition after police chase ends in crash at St. Louis airport

According to officials, four people were injured in the crash. A 9-year-old was listed in critical, unstable condition and a 5-year-old was listed in critical, stable condition at the hospital following the crash. Two adult women, who were in the front seat of the vehicle that was struck by the suspects’ vehicle, were taken to the hospital with undisclosed injuries.

Caleb is struggling to survive. His five-year-old brother Evan is in critical but stable condition.

Candice, Evan, and Brittany are all at the hospital with serious injuries. Caleb is in the Pediatric ICU in critical condition with extreme swelling on his brain. Our family asks for prayers for him to pull through.

     Dennis said Caleb, who will soon turn 10, is fighting for his life.

“We're just looking at the next few hours, hoping for best. He's still fighting. He's strong; doing what he can to hold on,” Dennis said.

The St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports that Normandy Chief Frank Mininni believes his officer acted within his department's policy last month but wants the review to be sure.
