Authorities say the driver of the vehicle over-corrected to the left and then swerved back to the right, causing it to roll over. The vehicle came to rest on the shoulder of the road where it burst into flames.

Duke was wearing her seatbelt at the time of the crash, which occurred July 3 at 4:50 p.m. near mile marker 117 on U.S. Highway 93, just north of Kalispell.
