A juvenile bicyclist was transported to the hospital after being struck by a vehicle at a northwest valley middle school Tuesday morning.
A young bicyclist was sent to the hospital after being struck by a vehicle at approximately 7:30 Tuesday morning near Brinley Middle School at the intersection of Smoke Ranch Road and Torrey Pines Drive. The bicyclist is believed to be a student at the middle school. The child was sent to Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center, but was able to wal around after the crash.
