Zakee Bunting, 33, was driving the wrong way in the southbound lanes of Paradise Road at about 2:00 a.m. when he turned onto Naples Drive and collided with an SUV that was waiting for a pedestrian to cross. Bunting continued west down Naples Drive where he hit another stopped vehicle before careening into 31-year-old Kieth Drynan, who was knocked into the roadway. Continuing down the road, Butning's car collided with one more vehicle, causing its left-front tire to fall off. It then left the roadway and struck four more parked vehicles. A witness saw Bunting try to flee the scene on foot, but followed him and he was soon arrested for DUI and hit and run charges. Drynan was hospitalized with serious injuries.
