NHP said the pair was traveling north on I-15 near mile marker 60 just before noon. The 1997 Nissan Pathfinder’s left tires left the edge of the freeway, causing the driver to overcorrect his turns back onto the highway twice before the vehicle hit the median and rolled into the southbound lanes, according to NHP Trooper Loy Hixson.
Mike Guerrero-Sisneroz and McKayla Holmes were driving north from Las Vegas when Sisneroz lost control of the vehicle, and it entered the median and rolled. Both people were airlifted to a local hospital. Sisneroz was declared dead, and Holmes is in stable condition.  What every family needs to know about wrongful death claims When someone dies as the result of an accident, family members must make many decisions, and a wrongful death claim often needs to be filed. In Las Vegas and across Nevada, a claim can be filed only by certain family members, but there are strict requirements and deadlines that must be met. It is critically important to speak with a Las Vegas attorney with experience in wrongful death cases to get information on a victim’s rights and options.
