Motorcyclist in critical condition after Friday crash

A Friday afternoon crash left a motorcyclist in critical condition in North Las Vegas, police said. The motorcyclist was taken to University Medical Center in critical but stable condition, North Las Vegas police spokesman Aaron Patty said. Patty said the driver of the other vehicle remained at the scene and was cooperating with police. More details on the crash were not immediately available. Police and rescue crews were called about 3 p.m. to La Madre and Goldeneye ways, near Camino Al Norte, north of Loan Mountain Road, Patty said.
