Driver arrested after hit-and-run in Epping; victim critically hurt
Police said the victim was struck about 3:50 a.m. while walking along the side of a Dunkin Donuts on Route 125. The driver of the pickup truck got out of the vehicle, then hopped back in and fled, police said.

Rich faces a felony charge of conduct after an accident and is expected to be arraigned on Friday. Police did not say if Rich will face additional charges following Sullivan’s death.
