Pedestrian struck, killed in N.J. county, authorities say
A pedestrian was hit by a vehicle and killed overnight in Monmouth County, authorities said Saturday. Police responded to the scene in Keyport, in the area of Route 36 and Atlantic Street, at about 1:30 a.m., according to the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office.
