Two people were severely injured Wednesday when a dirt bike clipped an SUV and then both the rider of the dirt bike and the driver of the SUV were hit by a third vehicle on a wet and rainy night in Monroe in Gloucster County, police said. The initial crash occurred at 6:22 p.m. when a 19-year-old riding an unregistered dirt bike hit the rear of an SUV backing out of a residence onto Coles Mill Road, police said.
