According to a criminal complaint, Vargas T-boned another car on Wyoming just south of Lomas Saturday night.

Vargas admitted to officers to drinking a six-pack of hard seltzer and was on the way to buy more alcohol at the time of the crash. She also performed poorly on field sobriety tests, according to the complaint.
