Cheektowaga man charged after West Side crash; 3 hurt - The Buffalo News

Central District police arrested a Cheektowaga man late Saturday after his westbound sport utility vehicle crashed against a utility pole on Hampshire Street in front of School 18. A police report said three passengers in the SUV were seriously injured. Jose M. Regalado, 32, of Garden Village, was charged with second-degree vehicular assault, driving while intoxicated and aggravated unlicensed operation in the 10:28 p.m. crash. The injured passengers were not identified and there has been no word on their condition.
