Hit-and-run driver sought after Upper West Side crash leaves woman critically injured
A black Honda Accord was traveling at a high rate of speed northbound on Broadway when it slammed into a 2014 Nissan taxi at West 62nd Street around 4:38 p.m. Monday, the NYPD said.
The impact prompted the taxi to accelerate onto the sidewalk and crash into a mobile food cart, police said.
The food cart then fell, striking four pedestrians.
