Olga Ilina, 54, killed in wrong-way crash on Henry Hudson Parkway in Manhattan's Upper West Side
1 DEAD IN WRONG-WAY, HEAD-ON CRASH ON HENRY HUDSON PARKWAY
The driver reportedly entered the Henry Hudson Parkway in the wrong direction, traveling northbound in the southbound lanes before collided with another car near the 79th Street Boat Basin.
Four people were in that car at the time of the crash. A woman rushed to St. Luke's Hospital in critical condition later died, while a 53-year-old man was listed in stable condition. The other two occupants suffered only minor injuries.

Ilina was a passenger in a 2008 Subaru heading south on the parkway when a 2003 Dodge minivan going north against traffic crashed into it at West 79th Street, the spokesman said.
