Woman Airlifted to Hospital After Crash in Phelps
A woman was airlifted to the hospital after a serious crash in Ontario County on Sunday.
It happened just before 10 a.m. at the intersection of Fort Hill and Griffith Roads in Phelps.
Deputies say a woman driving on Griffith Road failed to stop at a stop sign when her vehicle was t-boned by a pickup truck in the intersection.
She was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital by mercy flight for possible internal injuries. The people in the pickup truck were not seriously injured.
