Two passengers in Potter's truck, a woman and an infant, were airlifted to Upstate University Hospital in Syracuse with serious injuries. No other information was provided about their condition.

Dakota Potter's one-month old son, Kasey Potter, was riding in the pickup when the crash happened. The boy was airlifted to Upstate University Hospital, where he later died as a result of his injuries.

He also argued that because of the severity of the charges and possible length of incarceration, Campagna is a flight risk, meaning that he might flee the county, and that his bond should be set at $100,000.
The Defense argued against that and the bond was set at $50,000.
