Cline said a witness to the crash did not notice any erratic behavior coming from the family'€™s SUV. Officials have not said what caused the crash, but said the accident was still under investigation.

A few days after the crash, their father told WBTV that Ginny was in critical condition with brain injuries and that the little girl suffered a stroke and series of seizures.
