Five car pile-up on Jake Alexander Boulevard sends three to hospital
Salisbury Police Captain Shelia Lingle said that the accident happened at around 1:00 pm at the intersection of Jake Alexander and Brenner Avenue.
According to Lingle, Anita Brown, 42, of Annapolis, was traveling west on Jake Alexander and ran the red light in the intersection, striking a Jeep that was turning right off of Brenner Avenue onto Jake Alexander.
The Jeep flipped over, and the Tahoe bounced off of the Jeep, hitting a Chevrolet Malibu that was in the turn lane. The Tahoe then hit two more cars that were on Jake Alexander Boulevard.
