Salisbury Police Captain Shelia Lingle said that the accident happened at around 1:00 pm at the intersection of Jake Alexander and Brenner Avenue.

According to Lingle, Anita Brown, 42, of Annapolis, was traveling west on Jake Alexander and ran the red light in the intersection, striking a Jeep that was turning right off of Brenner Avenue onto Jake Alexander.
