Burlington police investigate crash that killed man
Through the investigation of the crash, officers learned that Phillip Ward, 32, was driving west on North Church Street on a motorcycle. Paul Fleming, 73, was driving east on the same street in a minivan. The two collided in the intersection of North Church Street and Bland Boulevard
