Driver charged, victim identified in fatal Greensboro crash involving motorcycle, truck
Brandon Lavel Hunter, 35, of Quebeck, Tennessee faces charges of misdemeanor death and a traffic signal violation in connection to the death of 46-year-old William Lucius Harriss of Greensboro.
Since motorcycle crashes often end in serious injuries, victims need immediate help
Motorcycle accidents are more likely to end in serious injuries or death for the motorcyclist, since the rider is not protected from the force of a collision. When a motorcycle accident happens, the injured rider needs immediate, appropriate medical care, the accident needs to be investigated, and the insurance companies need to be informed.
When a motorcycle crash is caused by negligence, additional steps need to be taken to protect the legal rights of the injured motorcyclist or the family members of someone killed in a motorcycle crash. Go here to learn more about motorcycle accidents and claims.

Mr Hunter was looking at his
Mr Hunter was looking at his phone when he hit and killed Will Harriss. North Carolina had no laws in place that cause him to spend 1 day in jail for taking a life. We have forgiven him so we can survive this.
Please put down the phone and don't drive distracted, it is not worth the pain this family has suffered and will every day for as long as we live.
Mrs Jennifer Harriss
