1 lane back open after crash on Westbound Business 40 in Winston-Salem
Two of three westbound lanes of Business 40/U.S. 421 in Winston-Salem are closed Monday afternoon.
The lanes are closed near Exit 8 (U.S. 158), according to the NC Department of Transportation.
The accident happened at 12:41 p.m., according to the DOT. Minor injuries are reported and spilled cargo forced the closure of all lanes for more than an hour.
