ECU student dies in fatal crash
Meade was driving a red 2003 Nissan Altima, which sustained damage to the passenger side, top and front of the car. Carl Hazelton drove a white 2005 Chevy Silverado, which sustained damage to the front.
An investigation by the Greenville Police Department showed that the Nissan, headed north, crossed over the center turn lane and collided with the Silverado, which was headed south.
